With more than 25 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, and project management, Isaac has built secure, resilient technology capabilities that enable business growth, empower employees, and support advisors, clients, and enterprise operations.

Since entering the Canadian financial services industry in 2007, Isaac has held progressively senior leadership roles spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology with several national wealth management firms. Throughout multiple mergers, acquisitions, and periods of organizational transformation, he has successfully led complex technology modernization initiatives, strengthened cybersecurity governance, enhanced technology risk management, overseen mission-critical enterprise systems, and aligned technology strategy with evolving business priorities and regulatory requirements. He has completed the Partners, Directors and Senior Officers (PDO) course, reinforcing his leadership in technology governance, technology risk management, regulatory compliance, and risk oversight.
