Craig is a passionate leader and builder with 20+ years in Capital Markets experience in both Canada and the US. He has a breadth of experience ranging from an initial start in tech industry research to entrepreneurial and senior institutional sales roles, followed by progressive senior leadership positions at leading financial institutions. He has US tech boutique, Canadian bank and independent, as well as global platform experience, each offering a differentiated approach to client coverage and relationship management, both institutional and corporate. 

Prior to Ventum Financial, Craig was Co-Head of Equities at Stifel Canada. This followed 12 years at Desjardins in senior leadership roles – Head of Institutional Sales, Head of Equities, and Vice Chair, Capital Markets. Prior to Desjardins, Craig spent 6 years at Macquarie/Orion as a producer and leader and was the Head of Institutional Sales at Macquarie Canada. He also spent time on the institutional sales desk at CIBC in Toronto following 6 years at several US technology boutiques in San Francisco.

Craig has a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University.
