Andrea brings more than 15 years of experience in the Canadian private client industry and has held senior leadership positions at two of Canada’s most respected independent investment firms, Raymond James and Odlum Brown. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Sales and Business Development and a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Odlum Brown. Prior to that, she spent more than a decade at Raymond James, where she led national initiatives focused on Advisor development, practice management, succession planning, and business growth.

Throughout her career, Andrea has built a reputation for developing Advisors, strengthening businesses, and fostering high-performing teams. She is a Certified Corporate Coach (CCC®) and has been recognized for her leadership contributions through both the Women of Inspiration™ Authentic Leader Award and VersaFi’s Trailblazer Award.

Andrea will be based in our Vancouver office and will spend her first several months visiting branches and meeting with Advisors and employees across the country. Listening, learning, and building relationships will be her first priority as she develops a deeper understanding of our business, our people, and the opportunities ahead.

As Head of Private Client Services, Andrea will lead initiatives focused on Advisor recruitment, practice management, retention, business growth, and strengthening the support and resources available to our Advisor community. She will also contribute to the broader strategic direction of the firm through her role on the Executive Leadership Team.
