Corporate Model

Our corporate compensation plan for advisors is top-tier, and our premises provide a modern and professional environment for all client interactions.

Many advisors prefer to work in a corporate office amongst their peers, facilitating positive interactions, sharing of ideas and best practices, and a strong corporate culture

Principal Agent Model

i. Advisors who prefer to work independently may prefer our Principal Agent Model.

ii. Under this model, any licensed registrants are contracted as Agents of the firm, and individuals working in the Agent Operator’s location are employees of the Agent Operator.

Branch Operator Model

 i. Advisors who prefer to work independently, or run an office in a professional location, will find our Branch Operator Model ideal.

ii. The compensation plan is designed to incentivize a Branch Operator to either work independently or grow their own office. All staff are employees of the firm and receive full benefits
