With over fifteen years’ experience in the US and Canadian wealth management industry, Erin’s focus has been on the complimentary products available to investment advisors, particularly insurance, to help them build their business and best support their clients. She has successfully increased the revenue of nationally recognized advisors and firms while instituting strong insurance and financial planning compliance processes.

Erin’s journey in the insurance sector began in sales, where she honed her skills in identifying opportunities within the portfolios of a top-tier insurance advisor, recognized at the Million Dollar Round Table. She excelled at generating organic revenue by manually combing through the limited book of business data supplied at the time. Her strategic approach led to the generation of millions in new business premium, including cross-border insurance planning for US citizens. Recognizing the risk trustees expose themselves to while serving US irrevocable life insurance trusts, she sought out to sell her skills into the US. In 2016, Erin founded McKee Insurance Consulting (MIC), offering her expertise to brokerage general agencies (BGAs) and independent advisors across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Ontario. Specializing in book of business data aggregation, validation, and actionable insights, Erin’s consultancy played a pivotal role in helping identify risks and develop effective business strategies.Transitioning from consultancy in 2019, into a leadership role within a leading Canadian bank’s insurance agency, Erin continued honing her skills. Erin now serves as the President of Insurance and Vice President of Wealth Services at Echelon Wealth Partners, an independent wealth management firm in Canada. In this capacity, she continues to spearhead initiatives that drive innovation and excellence in the insurance industry.
