With almost 40 years in the financial services industry in Canada and the UK, Francis Pope spent the vast majority of that time as President and CEO of Pope & Company, a capital markets and asset management company, from 1981 until 2015. He spent a few years at Singer & Friedlander Merchant Bank in London, UK before joining his father’s business in Canada. In 2015, Francis joined forces with Europac, the predecessor to Echelon Wealth Partners. Following a successful merger of equals, Echelon formed Ventum Financial in partnership with PI Financial.

Francis believes in a wealth management philosophy that must be able to adapt to the current interest rate environment, finding the best possible return without sacrificing quality in their portfolio. By working diligently every day for his clients, creating portfolios based on his years of experience, he is best able to serve your needs.

Married with adult-aged children, Francis is an avid skier at Craigleith Ski Club and a golf member at the Toronto Golf Club where you can find him carving the slopes or hitting the links.
