Tim is Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets, Western Canada at Ventum Financial Corp. Tim has over 20 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience. Tim is experienced in leading, planning, structuring and executing corporate finance and capital market transactions and providing strategic and corporate finance advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, IPOs and other corporate development and strategic initiatives, primarily for companies in the metals and mining sector.  

Prior to his current role at Ventum Financial, Mr. Graham was the Head of the Investment Banking Group at PI Financial, having joined in 2016. Prior to joining PI Financial, Tim was Vice President, Investment Banking at Salman Partners and before that he spent 9 years in London, England where he worked for independent investment banking firms, Liberum and Matrix Group. Tim started his career in banking in Australia with the Commonwealth Bank. 

Mr. Graham graduated from Adelaide University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance & International Business) during which time also attended the Sauder School of Business at The University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.
