Ivy holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM) designations. Before joining Ventum Financial, she was the CEO and director of Noah Canada Wealth Management Limited and the CEO of Noah Canada Insurance Services Limited, the wholly-owned subsidiary companies of Noah Holding (NYSE: NOAH). Prior to Noah, she worked at IG Wealth Management, providing wealth management services to high-net-worth clients.

In her early career, Ivy has more than ten years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, strategy planning, and business consultancy. She has taken a variety of positions including general manager, Post-Merger Integration (PMI) leader, and strategy planning director of multinational companies such as Grandfos, Alldos and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

Ivy graduated with a master’s degree from Beijing University, China. She is a certified organizational coach from the University of British Columbia. She speaks English (fluent) and Mandarin (native). Ivy is active in community service and has passion about promoting financial literacy and lifelong learning. She is currently a member of the board of directors of Vancouver Academy of Music (VAM) and Siddhartha’s Intent Society Canada.
