Job Overview:
As the Marketing Coordinator at Ventum Financial, you will assist in the planning, development, and execution of the firm’s marketing strategies. You will help create and manage content across multiple platforms while ensuring consistent brand messaging. In addition to supporting content creation, you will also assist in organizing events, managing social media platforms, and tracking performance metrics. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in deploying and managing digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
- Help manage the marketing content calendar, ensuring all content and campaigns are scheduled and delivered on time.
- Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
- Assist with vendor management, ensuring the timely production and delivery of marketing materials.
- Contribute to the development of creative marketing materials, both online and offline, to support branding efforts.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, analyzing data to inform future strategies.
- Assist with internal communications, including newsletters and company announcements.
- Manage content publishing workflows to ensure efficient and timely execution.
- Assist in coordinating award submissions for the company.
- Act as a point of contact for investment advisors, providing marketing support and consultation.

- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in marketing campaigns and content development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and web publishing requirements.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-focused, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills to handle competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and marketing automation platforms.
- A creative portfolio or examples of previous marketing work are an asset.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
